A cake sale is being held at Lancaster library this week to help a charity which supports people in recovery from substance misuse.

The event is being held between 11am and 2pm on Wednesday August 21 and all money raised will go towards helping the Amy Winehouse Foundation.

Cakes are being baked by people involved with Walter Lyon House in Lancaster, a 15-bed abstinence-based supported housing project run by Acorn Recovery.
