Tribute paid to former Lancaster maths teacher who passed away suddenly
A former Lancaster Royal Grammar School teacher has passed away.
Richard Furlong Brown joined the school in 1980 and during his tenure at school also held the position of governor, president of the Old Lancastrians Club and boarding master.
Lancaster Royal Grammar School said on their social media: "It is with great sadness that we have been notified of the death of former maths teacher Richard Furlong Brown, who passed away suddenly."
Funeral details have yet to be arranged.
