A memorial garden has opened at Ripley St Thomas CE Academy in the proximity of the Sixth Form building.

The garden was a tribute to the first two Heads of Sixth Form at the Lancaster school, John Elliot and Chris Littlefield.

Both John and Chris played a significant role in setting up and developing what is now a thriving Ripley sixth form with 400 students.
