Power cut affects almost 350 properties in Morecambe
A power cut in Morecambe has left more than 300 properties without electricity this afternoon.
The power cut across part of the town - including part of White Lund Industrial Estate - occurred just after 2pm on Monday July 20 and was caused by an unexpected incident on Electricity North West's high voltage cables which provide electricity to the properties.
Electricity North Westsaid 344 properties had been affected. Power is expected to be restored by 5.04pm today.
