Morecambe Post Office was temporarily closed due to 'short term staffing issues. '
People going to the town's main post office on August 25 were told that 'Morecambe Post Office, Victoria Street (Post Office Counters) is temporarily closed until further notice due to unforeseen circumstances.'
A spokesman for the Post Office said: "Morecambe Post Office was closed from lunchtime on Wednesday August 25 and reopened on Friday August 27. This was due to a short-term staffing issue."
