Court date for dog owner
A man has been arrested and charged after an incident on Hampsfell Drive, Morecambe, on January 21.
It is alleged that two terrier type dogs attacked another dog owned by an OAP.
Steven Luraschi, 32, of Thurland Court, Morecambe, was charged with two counts of being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control and two counts of causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal.
Two dogs were seized by police.
He is due to appear at Lancaster Magistrates on February 18.
