Appeal to find teenager, 17, known in Lancaster and Morecambe

Police in Lancaster are becoming increasingly concerned about the welfare of a teenager usually seen in the local area.

Harry Richardson is 17-years old and known to frequent the Lancaster and Morecambe areas.
