MOVE over Simon Cowell, because Lancaster and Morecambe Newspapers is about to host our very own answer to Britain’s Got Talent.

We are very proud to announce the return of ‘Talent On Show’, sponsored by Greaves Park and The Keys, at The Grand theatre, Lancaster - a night when one lucky winner will walk away with a £250 cash prize and the coveted title of Talent on Show 2011 winner!

So, do you think you can belt out a tune better than Olly Murs or Cheryl Cole? Is your group cooler than JLS or could you dance rings around Diversity? Does your ventriloquist act leave people gobsmacked or is your belly dancing mesmerising? Perhaps your child is destined for stardom.

Whatever it is you can do the Lancaster and Morecambe Newspapers want to hear from you. There are no restrictions - any talent, any age, anybody can enter! Register now, it’s free!

There will be closed auditions at The Grand Theatre on Thursday June 2 and then a Grand Final with a live audience on Sunday June 26.

Last year’s winners, best friends Faye Sheehan and Hannah Wells, both 15 and from Lancaster, have now reached the regional final of nationwide talent show Britain Does Variety and will appear in a live show at Blackpool’s famous Winter Gardens.
