Racy retro rocker Lacy Younger is ready to bring blistering West Coast rock and roll to Lancaster Music Festival this weekend.
The singer, from San Diego, has had a top 40 US single, which stayed in the charts for seven weeks, and has supported acts such as Bon Jovi and Huey Lewis.
The idea of performing inside a “real English castle” convinced her to head over the pond, organisers said.
She will be backed by her five piece band delivering three part harmonies and show stopping performances.
Lacy performs at Greaves Park at 9.30pm tomorrow, Friday, Revolution at 7.30pm on Saturday and Penny Street Bridge at 12pm and Lancaster Castle at 6pm on Sunday.
