Some of the area’s best players will come to Lancaster later this month for the North Lancashire Snooker Championships.
The event takes place at Squires Snooker and Sports Bar on King Street in the city on Saturday, February 15.
The final four will qualify to represent the area in the North West finals, with cash prizes on offer and the winner picking up the Whitbread trophy.
The best of five frames knockout competition is open to players of all standards including juniors and ladies from the North Lancashire area.
Professional players will be handicapped to the tune of 14 points per frame.
Entries, costing £15, will be taken at 10.30am on the day of the tournament.
