Morecambe 2nds made it three straight wins with a comfortable victory over Kendal.
Batting first Kendal were always in trouble, losing both openers for nought.
Wickets fell at regular intervals with the only highlight being an entertaining dual between Carradus (33) and Lewis Smith.
With a couple of run outs thrown in for good measure all of Morecambe’s bowlers shared the wickets – Graves (2-7), Patel (2-21), Adam Derham (2-12), Qayyum (1-10) and Smith (1-28) as Kendal were dismissed for just 72 of 32.2 overs.
Morecambe’s reply started rapidly despite the loss of two early wickets to Mike Dugdale. Matt Derham (25) and Steve Fisher (28 no) ensured victory was never in doubt.
The victory total was reached after just 15 overs for the loss of three wickets.
Youngster George Marshall finished on seven not out in his first knock for the 2nds.
