Heysham Atoms’ first team may have a free weekend but there is still plenty of action for the club’s other sides over a busy couple of days.

The second team travel to local rivals Bamber Bridge on Saturday in a 2.30pm kick-off before the Atoms’ youth sides take centre stage on Sunday.

There is a double header at the Trimpell as the under 13s host Leyland Warriors at 10.30am before the under 18s take on Rochdale Mayfield in at 11.45am.

The first team then return to competitive action when they host Leigh East A in the North West Men’s League Division One on Saturday, May 3.

They will hope to build on the impressive 60-6 win at Wigan St Judes last time out.
