Morecambe unveiled their playing kits for the 2014-2015 season at their annual gala draw on Saturday night.
The home kit is the Shrimps’ normal red with a black panel on the sleeve while the away kit is purple, the first time the colour has been used since the club’s Conference days.
The kits have been produced in the newly developed FILATech fabric which aims to help keep the body dry.
Also on Saturday’s sponsors’ night, held in the Wright & Lord suite at the Globe Arena, the main winners were Queensway Publishing, printer of the club’s matchday programme, who will see their logo on the back of the first team shirts next season.
The second prize went to Blue Moon Thai Restaurant whose logo will be on the back of the club’s shorts.
Chairman Peter McGuigan said: “This is one of the biggest nights on the club’s calendar and we are hugely grateful to everyone who has supported us.
“The support of local businesses and our fans is vital to the club’s success.
“We are getting ready for our eighth season in the Football League which is a great achievement and we do really value the support of everyone who helps us.”
Replica kits will be available to purchase from the week commencing July 14.
