Three Carnforth Otters swimmers have been in action at the National Championships at Ponds Forge, Sheffield.
Aimee Banks, Jess Shatford and Josh Thompson starred for the club as the top 25-ranked swimmers in each age group battled it out in the main event of the year.
Aimee, 14, finished 11th in the 50m backstroke in the English Championships, clocking a personal best of 32.59.
Fifteen-year-old Jess finished 23rd in the 50m breaststroke in the British Championships in 36.10.
It was an event to remember for 17-year-old Josh however, who qualified for seven events in the British Championships and two in the English.
The highlight of the British Championships saw him finish fourth in the 200IM final, clocking a huge personal best of 2.04.94.
Josh also picked up a bronze medal in the 50m breaststroke with his time of 29 seconds dead the fourth fastest ever recorded by a 17-year-old.
Two events, two finals and a bronze medal in the 50m butterfly at the English Championships the following week then provided a great finish to the season for the promising teenager.
