ARTISTS have customised UK and US flags to be raffled off as canvas art in aid of a Lancaster charity.
Gift boutique and gallery, Unbox, based on Brock Street, is running the raffle in conjunction with its current USA (Urban Screen Art) exhibition to raise funds for Alexandra House.
The charity, which is based on Westbourne Drive, provides short break care for children and young people with additional needs.
Pieces of stunning bespoke artwork are up for grabs for the price of a £1 raffle ticket.
Johnpaul Adamson, from Alexandra House, said: “All the money raised by Unbox will help to buy specialist toys and equipment and will also provide leisure activities and holidays for young people who really need the support.
“Charities are struggling so much at the moment, especially in the current economic climate, so we are so grateful to Unbox for their support.
“It will make such a positive difference to the kids.”
