TRIBUTES have been paid to a young woman killed in a crash on the M6 at the weekend.
Hayley Marie McMinn, 19, died after she lost control of her silver Ford Ka in the early hours of Sunday.
The car collided with a barrier and Miss McMinn, of Low Road in Middleton, suffered multiple injuries after being thrown from the vehicle.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The teenager had just left work at Mint bar in Lancaster when the accident happened at around 3.40am on the southbound carriageway near Barnacre, between junction 32, the Broughton Interchange, and junction 33 at Galgate.
Her family said in a statement: “Hayley was full of life. She was loved so much by her family and friends and lived life to the full, with never a dull moment.
“She will be sadly missed by her mum, dad, sister and brother.”
