Archery and Zumba are just two of the activities you can try out when a sports centre throws its doors open to the public on Saturday.
Salt Ayre Sports Centre, Lancaster, is hosting a day of activities and taster sessions when access to its facilities will be free.
From 10.30am to 4.30pm, young visitors can choose from a varied programme including bouncy fun, archery, gymnastics, Nerf wars and junior olympics.
For grown-ups, there will be dedicated fitness sessions such as Zumba, pilates and insanity workout.
If you suffer from medical conditions including high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity, specialised Active Health taster sessions will help to point you in the right direction.
You can also take advantage of special on the day offers on gym memberships and find out about October half-term children’s holiday activities.

Bay radio presenter Danny Matthews will also be broadcasting live fromthe centre from noon until 2pm.
