SENTENCING for Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez for driving offences will be made at Manchester and Salford Courts.
The matter was listed at Lancaster Magistrates Court on December 20 but has now been transferred to Manchester to be heard on January 2, 2013.
Tevez was disqualified from driving at a hearing at Lancaster Magistrates Court on November 26.
The court imposed an interim ban on the Argentinian, who did not attend the hearing, after he failed to provide information when his car was clocked speeding in Morecambe.
The length of the driving ban is expected to be set on the next court date.
It is understood his vehicle was caught breaking the speed limit in the town on March 28 when he played for City’s reserves against Morecambe Reserves.
A charge of driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence will also be dealt with on January 2.
His Porsche was seized under section 165 of the Road Traffic Act in a routine patrol near to the Britannia Airport Hotel on November 15.
Greater Manchester Police then summonsed him for driving otherwise in accordance with a driving licence.
