Heysham M6 Link build officially starts

A symbolic sod of earth was cut on Monday to mark the official start of work to build the Heysham M6 Link Road.

City and county councillors and other interested parties attended a ceremony at Halton Training Camp on Monday, February 3, where Costain has based its operations.
