A former water treatment works in High Bentham is up for sale at an auction in Leeds next week.
The former High Bentham Water Treatment Works off Mewith Lane is being offered on the instructions of Yorkshire Water at a guide price of £150,000 plus at the auction.
The stone built property overlooks Yorkshire’s famous Three Peaks and has planning consent for proposed conversion to a live/work unit.
Tony Webber of Eddisons, the firm handling the sale, said: “The property is close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park and enjoys a stunning rural location with unspoilt views over open moorland.
“The fact that planning permission has been granted for conversion can only add to its appeal.”
The auction takes place at Elland Road in Leeds on Thursday, July 10, starting at 12.30pm.
