Donations to Unique Kidz and Co’s ‘Kit it out for the Kidz’ campaign are coming in thick and fast and now the charity has secured the support of BiG Storage in storing its equipment and furniture for its new centre of excellence due to open in April.

The BiG Storage facility at Northgate on White Lund has offered Unique Kidz and Co childrens charity free storage for its newly purchased or donated equipment until the new centre is open.

Paul Whittaker, Community Liaison Manager for the BiG Storage group says, “As a company we are committed to supporting local charities within each of our facility areas. BiG Storage has worked with Unique Kidz and Co for five years now through its Toy Appeal every Christmas.

“We are proud to support the charity and we hope by providing free storage we are helping the charity to raise the £75,000 it needs to kit out its new centre.”

Jane Halpin, Co-Founder of Unique Kidz and Co says, “The support of BiG Storage is most welcome as it will help us save on the costs of storage and we can put this money saved to good use with equipment for our new centre.”
