Appeal after road rage incident on Westgate

A woman was assaulted and had her vehicle damaged by a cyclist in a road rage incident on Westgate.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident on the morning of Wednesday April 27.

The man threw his bike at her car before reaching through the open window and attempting to slap her.

This was all witnessed by two passing members of public who drove after the cyclist to try and get a photo. Unfortunately the victim did not manage to get their contact details and did not see them again.
