Only if bin men return bins to inside of gates, Our bins and recycling boxes are regularly stolen! its a Disgracel I agree with area51 they throw the lids everywhere, often leave half empty boxes (of valid recycling) and When you complain to the men themselves are often Very Rude

No they should not. Our binsrecycling boxes are poorly designed, the lids blow away from the boxes as there is no fastener on them. The staff who empty the bins are not the most careful either as they just throw them back onto the floor after they have carefully removed and seperated all of the recycling (NOT!!!) and dont replace the lids. My elderly mothers wheelie bin constantly has to have the pins holding the lid on knocked back in every week as they are so poor a fit!
