A total of £35,000 has been seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act during a North West police operation which included Heysham Port.
The seizures came as part of a national campaign aimed at heightening awareness of terrorism and serious organised crime.
In Lancashire, targeted operations took place at Heysham Port, Fleetwood Port, Glasson Dock and Blackpool Airport.
The operation was part of National Ports Action Week and was done in partnership with Heysham Port owners Peel Ports.
Det Insp Dave Brown, of Lancashire Constabulary counter terrorism unit, said they had been checking freight coming off ferries to see if they were carrying illicit drugs, alcohol, or funds for organised crime or terrorism, and were also stopping vehicles.
