A series of roadshows will help homeowners and businesses who suffered floods during Storms Desmond and Eva.

Grants of up to 5,000 are available to help prepare homes or business premises for future flood events.

The Business Emergency Resilience Group (BERG) is working with Lancaster City Council to help local residents and businesses apply for the money.

The bus will be in the following locations from 10am to 4pm: Tuesday 28th June Halton Community Centre car park; Wednesday June 29 Warton, Malt Shovel car park; Thursday June 30 Hornby, public car park on Main Street; Friday July 1 Skerton, Owen Road/Lune Street shopping precinct.
