Lancaster birth support group meeting on Tuesday, September 3 is all about birth plans and choices.

The meeting is at 6.30pm at the Gregson Centre, 33 Moorgate, Moor Lane, Lancaster.

There will tea, coffee and biscuits; toys to entertain small children.

Meetings are always informal and fun.

The group is self-organised and open to all women (and their partners, mothers etc).

If you are expecting your first, second, third... child, or even if you are not pregnant but simply want to talk about choices in childbirth, please come along.

The group runs monthly and we also have a website to share information about choices in childbirth and local women’s birth stories.
