A LANCASTER man has been fined after breaking a court order to control his dog.
The 38-year-old pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the order when he appeared before magistrates on Friday.
Prosecuting of behalf of Lancaster City Council, Mr Rephael Walmsley said the order was made to ensure Dixon kept the dog muzzled and on a chain at all times in his garden.
The garden also had to be made safe to prevent the animal escaping.
