THE parents of a Lancaster woman who was murdered by her husband in 1997 are living in fear he will return to live near them when he is released.

David Bonnell has served 12 years of a life sentence for beating Tracey Bonnell to death with a piece of wood.

Now 44, Bonnell will soon be moved to an open prison and could be released next year.

And Tracey’s parents, Ken and Marie West, want assurances from the authorities that he will not be allowed near Lancaster.
