Zumba coming to Halton

ZUMBA, the Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness craze is coming to Halton.

The Centre@Halton is continuing its events programme with a fundraising Zumbathon on Saturday, February 25.

This will be led by Jade Taylor and other Zumba tutors from the Centre and will run from 7pm to 10pm, with registration from 6.30pm.

A spokesman for the centre said: “A Zumbathon is a non-stop Zumba party, but don’t panic, you can do as much or little as you like so long as you have fun and along the way improve your fitness.

“It doesn’t matter if you have been coming to the Centre’s classes since day one, or if you are a complete beginner, you will soon pick up the steps.

“The great news for those who wish to take part in this three-hour Zumbathon, is that tickets cost only £10. Sparkly or comfortable clothes can be worn and spectators are very welcome.”
