PM’s advisor marks 15 years of uni’s management school

The Prime Minister’s advisor on enterprise, Lord Young, visited Lancaster University Management School to celebrate the centre’s 15th anniversary.

More than 100 guests from industry and academia marked the school’s work with 3,000 small businesses since 1999.

Professor Sue Cox, dean of Lancaster University Management School, said: “Since the school was founded we have focused on conducting high-quality research, education and business support and this event gave us an opportunity to thank a large number of the wide-ranging companies and professionals we have been working with.”

Lord Young met students and entrepreneurs at a dinner on Thursday.
