Tributes to magistrates
Lancaster magistrates have paid tribute to three colleagues who are stepping down.
Chairman Stephen Lamley presented certificates to Roger Hammond and Marion Ford on their retirement.
Mr Hammond, an adult court chairman and member of the youth panel, was appointed in 1999.
Mrs Ford was appointed in 2001.
A presentation has also been made to Sue Harvey, former deputy chairman of the bench and a magistrate since 1996.
