POLICE are appealing for information after a quad bike was stolen from a house in Galgate near Lancaster.
It is believed the bike was taken sometime between 2pm on April 4 and 11am on April 11 from a property on Chapel Lane.
The bike had been stored in a large, locked shed in the rear garden of the property which the offenders broke into before sawing through a lock and chain securing the bike to the ground and pushing it through the garden and out on to the road.
PCSO for Ellel ward, Andy Garner, said: “I would appeal to anyone with any information or to anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area at all to come forward and contact police.”
