New tennis ground opens up at Lancaster community court

Tennis lovers played on a court which reopened for the first time in a decade thanks to a community group.

It reopened at Palatine Recreation Area in Lancaster with help from councillors Anne Whitehead and James Leyshon.

The Palatine Projects Group hopes this is the first of many small, achievable projects which will serve to regenerate the Lancaster City Council owned site.
