Ryan Donohue.

Ryan Donohue.

Summer is coming round fast and we are currently experiencing some beautiful weather here in Lancaster and Morecambe.

The big question is though, are you ready for the bathing season?

What I mean is, are you ready to don that two-piece bikini or take off your top on the beach and be comfortable in your own skin.

Have you worked hard during the winter months so that you are confident in your appearance and body shape?

If not, do not worry, there is plenty of time to strip some unwanted belly fat and tighten up that tummy and those arms.

We’ve still got over twelve weeks before the school holidays are around.

That is more than enough time for a full body transformation. Following a specific, structured plan for that length of time, you can completely transform your body and your mind too.

I’m going to set you three challenges of what I want you to do until next Thursday and please let me know how you get on so I can help you further.

First of all, write down exactly what it is you want to achieve in terms of your health and fitness goals. Be sure to be super specific on this and hold nothing back.

Second of all I want you to do some form of exercise every single day.

It does not have to be anything extreme, but take advantage of this stunning sunshine we are getting at the moment.

We are blessed with a gorgeous promenade and many parks around Lancaster and Morecambe, so get outside and get moving for thirty to sixty minutes a day.

Alternate between walking for a few minutes and jogging for a few minutes and you’ll be sweating in no time.

Last but by no means least, stay well hydrated.

You should be doing this anyway, but it is even more important with the weather like it is right now.

Try to aim for around two litres of water a day and you can’t go wrong.

If you would like a free strategy session on how to achieve the results you want, then please don’t hesitate to drop me an email at ryan@fitnessformation.co.uk.
