A charity auction/raffle in aid of the Breast Care Unit RLI raised a fantastic £8,675.

Over 300 people packed the Bare Village Club and auction highlights included a ‘Hope’ Steiff breast cancer campaign bear which raised £350 and a signed and certificated Manchester United football which raised £250.

Entertainment was provided by a table-top magician, The Bootstraps band and singer, Carl Osmotherley, who both donated their fees.

The money raised will be used to enhance patients’ experience when visiting the Breast Care unit.
