City T-shirt printing firm revolutionises its look

Online t-shirt and printing specialist Tribal T-Shirts has unveiled its new and improved website and logo.

Following a period of growth, the Lancaster-based business recognised the need to refine its appearance and in August 2016 underwent a total brand review.

With improved navigation and functionality throughout, the new site will provide customers with a streamlined, user-friendly shopping experience.

With user experience firmly in mind, the website has been designed using the latest technology to ensure compatibility with today’s browsers and mobile devices.

Tribal T-Shirts emerged from the most humble of beginnings; the living room of recently married co-founders Andrew and Tracey.

In 2008 with just over £500 initial capital, the couple began their start up which went on to become a premium source of printed garments and home ware.

In 2009, just 18 months after establishing an eBay store, Tribal T-Shirts took a step towards expansion; an independent e-commerce website.

Fast forward seven years, and this dynamic couple now have four full-time employees – including daughter Lauren and son Niall. What began as a small company making five t-shirt sales per day, today operates worldwide delivering more than 150 sales per day.

Andrew said:“It’s been a real roller coaster, but it feels great to finally unveil all of our hard work. We couldn’t be happier with the results! The design of the website is user centred which we hope will hugely improve the overall consumer experience. And it’s mobile optimised for those who shop on the go! Basically, our aim was to create the best possible customer service.”
