CCTV appeal after sat navs theft

POLICE have issued CCTV stills of two men they want to speak with in connection with the theft of five car satellite navigation systems from a shop in Lancaster.

The theft took place at the Halfords store in Bulk Road between 5.30pm and 6:30pm on Wednesday March 7.

PCSO John Millar said: “Five Garmin satellite navigation systems, worth more than £1,000, were stolen from the display cabinet and I would appeal to anybody with any information about this offence to contact me.

“I would also be keen to speak with anybody that may have been offered these items for sale.”

Anyone that recognises the men pictured in the CCTV images or with any information should call Lancashire Police on 101 quoting reference ba1200804.
