The team at Hipping Hall are thrilled the country restaurant has been awarded a third AA Rosette for the quality of its food.

Hipping Hall, at Cowan Bridge, near Kirkby Lonsdale, is keeping the north west’s foodie reputation firmly in the spotlight, ranking alongside some of London’s top establishments including: The Goring, The Rivea and The Bulgari Hotel & Residences.

Hipping is among only 22 properties in the UK to be awarded three rosettes this year, and one of only two in the north west of England.

The head chef at Hipping Hall, Oli Martin, has a simple philosophy when it comes to his food, that is to serve fresh local produce, to deliver the highest of quality possible, and keep his dishes innovative and exciting.

Oli Martin said: ‘’I am delighted for Hipping Hall and the team, this is a very proud moment for everyone.

“This is the start of a long and rewarding journey for the team and I know we can continue to push on and achieve even more in the future.”
