Complete Plans Ltd has renovated a former empty shop unit to provide a modern design studio and architectural advice centre.

The company is run by director Jon Clayton, who started trading as Complete Plans in 2011 after 15 years of experience in architecture.

“I wanted somewhere central to advise people on building design issues, planning and building regulations, and Victoria Street is ideal.” said Mr Clayton.

“I have lived in the Morecambe area all my life and I’m passionate about it.”

“The studio provides free leaflets on common household projects and will offer advice on construction projects generally.

The company works with a wide variety of clients including property developers, community groups, local businesses and Lancaster City Council.

The new studio is one of a number of investments in Victoria Street in Morecambe town centre.

Developer Nick Smith has announced plans to renovate the former Crystal T’s nightclub and Concorde squash club building into a quality shops and residential development.

The former Victoria pub is also under renovation into flats and a possible ground floor tea room.
