Lancaster Lune Estate housing plan is submitted

Plans to demolish industrial buildings and build up to 263 houses on the Lune Industrial Estate have been submitted to Lancaster City Council.

Hurstwood Holdings, who own the land, plan to build a mixture of housing, including 35% -two to three bed houses, (680 - 860 Sqft, 10% four bed houses (1100 Sqft), 10% three bed houses(900 Sqft)and 45% three to four bed houses (1080 - 1400 Sqft).

Each house would have two parking spaces.

There will be the opportunity to integrate existing woodland into the scheme.
