Photographs of life in the Lune Valley and beyond from the 19th and early 20th centuries feature in a new charity calendar for 2015.

The pictures include images of Halton, Brookhouse, Hornby, Tatham Fells, Whittington, Caton, Over Kellet, Lancaster, Higher Bentham, Claughton, Tunstall, Arkholme and Wray.

The Lune Valley in Times Past was compiled by Wray historian David Kenyon and is priced at £5.50, and all proceeds from sales will go to St John’s Hospice.
