This week sees the end of a photographic exhibition at Lancaster Maritime Museum which depicts images captured from the Lune Mills industrial factory sites just before they were lost in a fire in 2012.
The Lost Quay, featuring work by photographer Lucy Lamb, runs until September 28.
The images show what was left behind of the abandoned buildings, where man-made industrial structures were met by nature taking over.
Remains of the buildings working history can still be seen in old signs and artefacts left behind as well as evidence of more recent use of the buildings in the form of graffiti murals, squatting slogans and chairs set up as viewing points near windows. The site now forms part of a wider redevelopment of Luneside East.
