TALENTED teenager Amy Jo Clough stunned the judges with her vocal performance at the Lancaster Grand Theatre, to win the top prize of £1,000 for her chosen charity.

Amy donated the cash prize to the Ryan Stanford Appeal, which is raising money towards research into the rare Alper’s Syndrome which Lancaster toddler Ryan suffers from.

Amy, who is 13, and from Bolton-le-Sands, won the audience vote with her rendition of the recent chart hit Girl Put Your Record On, in the Furness Building Society Charity Challenge talent competition final.

And Ryan’s dad David and sister Megan joined Amy on stage to accept the giant cheque.
