The Planning Committee meeting which was due to take place on the morning of Monday July 26 has been postponed until later in the day.
The meeting will now take place from 2pm on Monday July 26 to allow members of the committee to attend the funeral of Coun John Barnes, who died on Saturday.
The meeting will take place in the Ashton Hall.
