Ferry turns back after medical emergency

A MEDICAL emergency forced this (Thursday) morning's Ben-My-Chree sailing to Heysham to return to Douglas on the Isle of Man.
A spokesman for the Steam Packet said: "The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company can confirm that due to a medical emergency the Ben-My-Chree is returning to Douglas."

The Ben-My-Chree set off on schedule and turned back about 9.30am. She departed once more for Heysham at 10.40am.
