WHISKEY evangelist Eddie Ludlow arrives back at The Sun in Lancaster on July 28, to further educate and entertain your taste buds.
This time the subject matter is Irish and Scottish whiskies as three drams from each go head to head.
It is widely acknowledged that the Irish 'invented' whisk(e)y but it is the Scots who have taken the baton and have perfected the 'uisgea beatha' – or water of life.
While only three distilleries remain in Ireland, there are around 100 in Scotland. How do they compare? What are the similarities? What are the differences? Eddie aims to help answer these questions and more on what should be a memorable occasion.
If you a whisky enthusiast in general or simply curious and enjoy new flavour experiences, then this Whiskey Lounge event is for you. Tickets are £20 and places are strictly limited.
They are available on an advanced ticket only basis, so if you would like to take part in the event, email Eddie at eddie@thewhiskylounge.com, or call him on 01904 466227.
