Biker badly injured in Carnforth crash

A 49-YEAR-OLD motorcyclist suffered extensive injuries after being involved in a collision with a car in Carnforth on Tuesday evening.
The man, from Carnforth, was taken to the Royal Lancaster Infirmary after the accident which took place in Market Street at 8.20pm.

The motorcyclist suffered multiple fractures and was detained overnight.

The driver of the car, a woman from Liverpool, was taken to the RLI as a precaution.
