Lancaster 157-8
Furness BS (3D Sports) Northern League
Lancaster travelled to Blackpool on Saturday, where Blackpool won by nine wickets.

Tim Barry, captain of Lancaster, got 57 and held the innings together.
Unfortunately for Lancaster, Blackpool had Lancashire's Player of the Year 2008, Steven Croft on the team, who scored 115no. He basically won the game.

Lancaster professional Mario Olivier was injured in the third over and was unable to bowl.

This result sent Lancaster to bottom of the league, but on the bonus side their second team won and stretched their lead at the top of Division Two.
