The Shrimps have frozen the majority of their season ticket and match day prices for the forthcoming season and have introduced a new family match day ticket in an effort to attract more young families, while anyone who buys two adult season tickets and one child's season ticket gets a second child's season ticket free.

The only prices to rise are for the seats in the main stand.
The Shrimps' board say they have taken the decision as a way of giving fans something back for their support in their first ever Football League season.

Chief Executive Rod Taylor said: "We have decided to freeze the prices as a way of thanking fans for following us this season. They have been superb all year."

Now two adults and two children (under 16) can buy tickets for the main stand paddock and north stand for £25 or £23 for the car wash terrace. The tickets have to be purchased before games and are available from the club's commercial office.

Added Mr Taylor: "We had a great response to season tickets last year and we are hoping for the same next year.''

As has been the case in most seasons recently there is an extra discount for fans who buy tickets before June 30. The ticket also entitles fans to watch Reserve team league games for free.

The tickets go on sale from Monday, May 19 for current season ticket holders, giving those who have a set seat in the stand chance to renew.
