ONE half of one of the Eighties most popular double acts is the special guest at an after dinner event in Lancaster.
Syd Little will be showcasing his solo talents at The Borough in Dalton Square on May 24.

About three years ago Syd started pushing a solo career, giving him the opportunity of showing audiences how versatile he is, playing his guitar and showing off his vocal talents.....without Eddie Large constantly butting in.

Syd enjoys the after dinner circuit even though it's a whole life away from his 1980s television shows which were a staple of Saturday evening TV entertainment that attracted millions of viewers.

Syd said: " It was really hard at the start, everyone knew what Little and Large did but didn't know what Syd Little did on his own. It's a case of getting people to give you a chance and once you have that chance they can see what you can do and consequently my career was re-born. I have been in the business for 47 years, so I must be doing something right".

The Borough's private function room only seats fifty guests, so the event will be like having Syd in your own living room, an evening of fun and banter.

For information on ticket prices for the three course meal and after dinner combination of stories, music and comedy contact The Borough on 01524 64170 or EME entertainments on 01524 822100 to purchase your ticket
